I’m Caitlyn Ravida — salon owner, beauty educator, and founder of Beauty Collective Academy. With 14 years in the beauty industry, 10 years in business, and qualifications in both Beauty Therapy and Training & Assessment, I’ve built a career I love and now I’m here to help you do the same.
